Abstract submission

Call for abstract!

All abstracts must be submitted through the online platform. EXTENSION of the deadline for abstract submission: FEBRUARY 15th, 2024.

All presenters will be required to register for the conference by 29 February 2024. Presenters who do not register by this date will not be included in the conference program.

Preparing your abstract

• All abstracts must be submitted in English.
• Submit your abstract using the online platform.
• All authors named in the abstract should be listed in the order you would like them to appear in the conference program.
• The limit for your abstract is one page (600 words) and it will divided into three sections: Background (maximum 150 words), Method (maximum 300 words) and Conclusion (maximum 150 words).
• Please indicate in the abstract submission platform your preferences for presentation (oral or poster presentation) and the corresponding session.

You will be able to enter the system and edit your contribution at any time until the submission deadline. Afterwards, you will not be able to modify any element (type of contribution, title, abstract or sequential list of authors).
