Presentations guidelines

Oral Presentations

For the sessions on “Water and Society”, “Water, Blue Food Production, Climate Nexus”, and “Digitalization in the Water Sector”, the allocated time for oral presentations is 12 minutes. However, for the “Circularity in Water Management” session, presentations are expected to be 10 minutes long. Please plan your presentations accordingly and be aware that we are on a tight schedule and cannot afford to go overtime. Discussion time and questions are planned to last 2 to 3 minutes and it will take place after the presentation.

  • All presentations should be prepared in English.
  • All your graphs, pictures, and tables must include explanations
  • Your text colour and size must be easy to read on the screen
  • Please create your presentations in a 16:9 ratio and text Calibri 20 or bigger.
  • Design/ template: free.
  • Delivery of presentations in PowerPoint format (PowerPoint) no later than April 17th via email to watercenter@kth.se. We will NOT accept last-minute deliveries at the registration desk.
  • We will only accept a single file per presentation.

Poster presentation

Posters will be displayed on the Conference Venue on Tuesday 23 April during the poster session and on Wednesday after the panel discussion and before the conference dinner, in which the presenters will be available to discuss their work informally and answer questions.

  • We will attach the poster to a panel. Please deliver your poster to the registration desk no later than 12 pm on the day of the event, which is Tuesday, 23rd April.
  • Remember to mark your poster with the corresponding poster number that you will obtain after the poster presentation acceptance.
  • Maximum dimensions of Posters: 120 cm height, 80 cm width
  • Orientation: Vertical
  • Design/Template: free
