Registration

Registration fees are the following

Students (On-site or Online)	500 SEK	800 SEK

Prices are in Swedish kronor (SEK) and VAT is included.

Registration fee includes

1. Participation in the conference sessions
2. Conference Documentation
3. Digital Abstracts Book
4. Working Coffees & Lunches
5. Certificates of attendance
6. Certificates of participation
7. Exhibition
8. Panel discussion
9. Field trip to SWIC or Djurö Marine Field Station. Utö initiative field trip has an extra cost of 450 SEK CANCELLED

Presenting authors will be required to register for the conference by 29 February 2024. 

Cancellation policy

Refunds will apply in case of cancellation. The cancellation fee is 500 SEK. Cancellations after 8 April 2024 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.

Participants will be able to enter the registration system and cancel their participation at any time.

Student Registration

Students full-time enrolled in a university can register as a student and have a reduced fee. Proof of status, verifying full-time student is required to process your application. Please upload your proof of full-time student status during registration.

Grants

We have free registration grants for people who want to attend our conference but for some reason cannot afford to pay the registration fee. Please send a motivation letter including a short description of your research and why you want to attend our conference to watercenter@kth.se and mnpz@kth.se. We will process your request as soon as possible.
