Dr. Magnus Arnell is a researcher and research leader within municipal water systems with a background in water utility, consultancy and research (university and institute). He is the program director for the new strategic innovation Water for Vital Environments WAVE. Magnus is engaged in the international water community through the International Water Association (IWA) and is an IWA Fellow.
